Sunflare sat in the camp, his mind focused on the bird he was eating.

When Sunflare finished the bird, he sat up and snickered. Moongazing Clan probably does not have any patrols out. he thought. He padded out of the camp and to the border. He opened his jaws, the scent of Moongazing Clanalmost masked any other scent. He crept down and padded across the border.

Windstar padded into camp and glared furiously at Sunflare. " Why did you attack the other clan? You could have been killed! You almost were!" Then he wrapped his tail around his paws. " I will think of your punishment in my den. Meanwhile, you can hunt, then patrol. And if I catch you on Moongazingclan's territory again, I'll leave you for them." Then he turned around and stalked toward his den, as he was rather furious.

Sunflare dropped his head and padded out of camp, tail dragging in the dirt. As he trecked through his territory, he spotted a mouse snuffling through a some patches of grass. He pounced on it and killed it quickly. He thought back to when Moonflame had pinned him to the ground, her gray fur, silver in the moonlight and her green eyes glinting in the dim light.

Windstar stretched as he thought of the punishment, from the mild to the extreme. Perhaps sending her to fast in forgiveness for three days was a little to extreme? Their were no elders to feed, and it did seem their were few options, unless you were creative. Then an idea popped in his head, and he sat outside his den, waiting.

Sunflare sat up from his mouse, gazing in the borders direction, wondering if Moonflame was still at it's edge. What am I thinking? he shook his head. "Shes of another clan." he told himself.
